Personal training
One-to-one or in pairs, with a goal and a plan. 60 minutes from €69, ten sessions from €620. Licensed coaches.
Rehab classes
Small groups with a doctor’s prescription. We check with you what your health insurer covers before the first session.

Questions
What do I bring to the trial?
Sportswear, clean indoor shoes, a towel and something to drink. We have locks for the lockers.
How do I cancel?
With the “Cancel contracts here” button at the bottom of every page, by email or at the desk. You get a confirmation straight away.
Can I pause my membership?
For illness, pregnancy or time abroad the contract is paused at no cost, with proof.
Is it very busy in the evening?
Busiest between 5 and 7 pm. Quieter in the morning and after 8 pm. The chart above shows a typical day.
